-For example, if a customer imports 3 containers each month with an average of 300 lines per invoice, your calculation would be:
300 lines x 3 containers = 900 lines per month for that customer. - Add Walk-In or Smaller Volume Customers
-If you have a significant number of walk-in or smaller volume customers, consider their average line usage as well.
-For instance, if you typically serve an estimated 145 walk-in customers per month, with an average of 8 lines per invoice, you would calculate:
145 customers x 8 lines = 1,160 lines per month for walk-ins. - Combine Both Calculations for a Total Monthly Estimate
-Using these examples, your estimated monthly line usage would be:
900 lines (consistent customer) + 1,160 lines (walk-ins) = 2,060 lines per month.
