Estimate the number of item lines you file each month, then pick the plan whose allowance covers it. If you are between two plans, the larger one is almost always cheaper per line — Standard works out at $0.04 against Basic's $0.06.
A line is one item line calculated on a customs entry. A single invoice with 40 distinct items uses 40 lines; a repeated item grouped together still counts once per calculated line.
Only when you run the calculation on an entry. Uploading, extracting, and reviewing documents costs nothing — you are billed at the moment lines are computed for a declaration.
Monthly plans bill on the same date each month and can be changed at any time. Yearly plans are billed once up front at a 15% discount and your full annual line allowance is available across the year.
Yes, at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Nothing stops working. Additional lines are billed at your plan's effective rate, and we will flag it in your dashboard so you can move to a plan that suits your real volume.
No. Line allowances reset each billing period, which is what keeps the per-line rate low and the monthly cost predictable.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
