Each step runs on its own. The last one is a hard stop: the declaration waits in ASYCUDA, under your login, until you decide.
The agent gathers what the declaration needs from Broker Genius: the ASYCUDA XML declaration and the invoice, plus the bill of lading, customs worksheet and any permits or licences when the entry has them.
On a connected computer, it signs in with the credentials stored on that machine and creates a new Detailed Declaration.
Declaration lines, tariff codes, values and weights populate automatically. Nobody retypes the invoice.
It registers, uploads and links each applicable document to the declaration: the invoice, bill of lading and worksheet, plus any permits or licences on the entry.
The declaration is stored in ASYCUDA under your login, with a Customs reference. Then the agent stops.
Open the stored declaration, review it, and select Validate and Assess in ASYCUDA yourself. My Agent never assesses a declaration or commits it to Customs.
Your ASYCUDA password remains in the operating-system keychain of the computer the agent runs on. That is where it signs in from.
Any connected computer can take a pushed entry, so the work does not wait on one desk. The computer that processes each entry is recorded.
A small app that runs on a computer in your office. It takes the entries you push from Broker Genius and builds them in ASYCUDA as Detailed Declarations: XML imported, documents attached, stored under your login.
No. It stops once the declaration is stored. Validate and Assess is a human-only action: you review the declaration and select it yourself in ASYCUDA. The agent never assesses or commits a declaration to Customs.
In the operating-system keychain of the computer the agent runs on. The agent signs in to ASYCUDA from that computer, using the credentials stored there.
Any connected computer can take a pushed entry from the shared queue, and the computer that processed it is recorded, so you can always see where an entry was built.
The applicable invoice, bill of lading, customs worksheet, permits and licences. The XML declaration and the invoice are always part of the package; the bill of lading, worksheet, permits and licences go in when the entry has them.
Yes. My Agent works from the entries you prepare in Broker Genius: the extracted lines, HS codes and uploaded pages. It takes over the step after that, getting the declaration into ASYCUDA, and leaves the assessment to you.
